For onsite bidders, a 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. For online bidders at pennyrileauctions.com, the buyer's premium is 7% (for Equipment facts and Proxibid bidders, the buyer's premium is 9%). Full payment will be due by Tuesday at 5 pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with a bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit/debit cards (3% fee). (Max credit card purchases $2500) WIRE TRANSFER (IMPORTANT: All winning bidders will receive an email after the sale with wire instructions within the email. You MUST include your Buyer Number and Sale Date as a reference in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. (For all vehicles, the state of Kentucky determines the sales tax amount.) Loader service will be available day of the sale and on Mon and Tues following the sale from 8am to 5pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Tuesday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been made with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of the property before bidding.
